The strong forms of the design created a house that allows occupants to experience the full volume of internal areas. A rendered element and a zinc roof, which over sails the front elevation providing shade in the summer months, soften the black brick form, while a south-facing terrace provides outdoor seating space to take in the surrounding views.
Access is from the lower ground floor, which also has a guest bedroom. The ground floor features a large open plan kitchen / dining / living space with separate utility, wet room and formal living room off the main space. Two further bedrooms, en-suite and a south facing roof terrace are located on the first floor.
