Rodney Street

Liverpool [2004-2005]

The conversion of a beautiful but dilapidated grade II Georgian townhouse. Recently used as commercial office and storage, planning permission and listed building consent was eventually granted for a self contained apartment to the lower ground / basement area with office to the ground floor and living accommodation above. Key to the project was the careful restoration of the historic fabric with the insertion of sensitive contemporary elements.

Upon completion of the project it won a local design award and has been featured in both the Telegraph and the Times.
