This traditional Georgian house located in the heart of Liverpool, lost many original features and fell into a state of disrepair in a 1960s conversion into office space. The property has been refurbished to a high standard, restoring much of the original features and charm while creating functional spaces with a modern and respectful aesthetic.
Works carried out included the repair of the roof and internal tanking to the ground floor and basement to address the extensive damp issue. The Victorian windows have been replaced with double glazed Georgian replicas, improving the energy efficiency of the house. Moreover, original plaster and cornices have been restored, while the brick has been treated to a light sand blasting.
